DONT USE BRITISH AIRWAYS. That's the moral of this site, from my own personal experience, their an absolute nightmare from the flight to the service that you recieve
if anything goes wrong. And things do go wrong, ALL THE TIME! I've only had this site up a while and I've already had lots of hits and emails from people. Enough that
I've spent some time to include a forum so that you can leave your experiences on the site. If you have a big compaint then you can even have your own page, just send it
into the email address basucks@britishairwayssuck.co.uk.
TOP TIP
If you are making a claim for compenstation then they will take a 50% depreciation of the amount!!! This is a stupidly high amount but there are two ways around it. Either
keep all the reciepts for the clothes that you ever buy (who does that?). Or simply double the amount of clothes that you lost or the prices that you paid for them. Don't
forget to include the value of the bag that they lost as this can be any make or model. Not that I would suggest fraud on any level but getting a fair amount for you clothes
is important.
